to support the Breast Cancer Campaign

at The Community Hall, Mablethorpe

This event is open for all levels of fitness -  you can take part for as long or as little as you are able.

Running Order

Warm Up - 1.00-1.30pm

Boxing Aerobics - 1.30-2.00pm
Salsacise - 2.00-2.30pm

Aerobic Masterclass - 2.30-3.00pm

Workout with Pompoms - 3.00-3.30pm

Toning Workout - 3.30-4.00pm

Surprise Workout - 4.00-4.30pm

Cool Down & Relaxation - 4.30-5.00pm

We will be serving tea, coffee (and cake!) from 12.30pm so even if you don’t feel up to taking part in the Aerobathon then why not just pop in and have a cuppa!

We will also have a fabulous raffle with many prizes.  Tickets on sale on the day of the event.  the raffle will be drawn at 5pm.

£2.50 registration fee per session or £10 for unlimited sessions.  Anyone paying £10 registration fee will receive a FREE goodie bag!!!
