My Mablethorpe is committed to protecting the privacy of users and ensuring the security of all their information. User Information ....

When a user registration or directory listing is made on My Mablethorpe there are certain pieces of personal information which we will need in order to process your request.  My Mablethorpe will not use personal data for any other purpose other than to facilitate your use of services on this website or keep users up-to-date via our opt-in newsletter. You shall be liable for the accuracy of personal information you provide to us.  You should also read our Website Terms & Conditions, which details how personal information that you may provide through your Community profiles may be safeguarded.

When you use My Mablethorpe we will assume that you are consenting to the use of the information according to the conditions laid out here.

If a request is received to remove to remove a listing or unsubscribe a user, all data relating to the listing or user is deleted.  Any future submissions from the same party will be treated as new data.

User Comments ....

We may ask our users for their comments on the service we provide and you may be emailed for your opinion on a particular subject. If you let us know that you do not wish your comments to be published on the My Mablethorpe website, we will of course comply with your wishes. If you let us know that you do not want us to email you with a request for your opinion then again we will of course comply with your wishes.

Site Tracking ....

We are constantly developing the site to make navigation as easy as possible for all our visitors, and one part of this requires us to monitor the way the site is used. This may involve the use of cookies, which are small pieces of software placed onto your computer's hard disk by the website. We would only ever use cookies to help provide easier access to our website facilities and enable you to customise your visits to our site.
