| Olympic Torch Relay to Pass Through Mablethorpe |

It has been confirmed that the Olympic Torch Relay will pass through Mablethorpe on Wednesday 27th June 2012. This leg of the Olympic Torch Relay sets off from Cleethorpes in the morning and passes through Louth, Legbourne, Withern and Maltby Le Marsh before arriving in the town. It then moves on to Trusthorpe and Sutton-on-Sea before working it's way down the coast to Skegness, then back inland across to Boston and Seaford, before finishing the day in Lincoln, where there will be an evening celebration event.
The Olympic Flame will arrive in the UK from Greece on 18 May 2012. Details of where it will arrive in the UK are still being finalised. The final Torchbearer will carry the Flame into the Olympic Stadium during the Opening Ceremony on 27 July 2012. The cauldron will be lit, and Games of the XXX Olympiad will be officially open.
