Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is not time limited.
2. Only one entry in one category per organisation is permitted. My Mablethorpe reserve the right to amend the requested category if it is deemed inappropriate for the entry.
3. To qualify for a FREE FOREVER web page, entries must be made via the entry submission forms on the website, accessible after registering as a user on the My Mablethorpe website. We are unable to add free entries on your behalf.
4. Support is provided via the FAQ and Forum sections of the My Mablethorpe website.
5. If you require us to add your entry for you, a one-off nominal fee of £30 is payable. This includes entering all of the organisations details plus logo/icon and up to 2 images on the main page. A printable application form and also one in Word format are available HERE. All logos/images are to be supplied in .jpg format by the organisation. They can be either sent via email to community@my-mablethorpe.com or provided on disk.
6. Businesses and Organisations will be added to the My Mablethorpe newsletter mailing list. This allows us to inform you of developments on the website and special features that will run on the site to attract visitors to Mablethorpe or be of interest to Mablethorpe residents, which you may wish to support. Your email details will not be shared with any third party and will only be used for this purpose or to contact you regarding your entry.
7. These terms and conditions are supplementary to the main terms and conditions relating to the use of the My Mablethorpe website and its features.
